1. Service Description

ColdCopy provides AI-powered outbound email tools including message simulation, campaign management, and email delivery. By using ColdCopy, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Only send emails to recipients who have a legitimate business reason to be contacted.
Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local anti-spam regulations.
Not use ColdCopy for unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or any illegal purpose.
Not upload purchased or scraped email lists without verified opt-in consent.
Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Service Limits

Each plan has limits on campaigns, prospects, simulations, and daily emails. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions until the next billing period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in spam, or abuse our services. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

ColdCopy is provided "as is". We are not liable for email deliverability, recipient responses, or business outcomes resulting from use of our service.
