Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data via Clerk.
Prospect Data: Contact information (names, emails, companies) you upload for outbound campaigns.
Campaign Data: Email drafts, product research results, simulation results, and engagement analytics.
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Usage Data: Feature usage, simulation counts, and campaign metrics.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our outbound email and simulation services.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send transactional emails related to your account and campaigns.
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. All API communications use HTTPS. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Prospect Data & GDPR

You are the data controller for prospect data you upload. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. Prospects can unsubscribe via links included in all outgoing emails. We retain prospect data for 12 months after your last campaign, after which it is automatically deleted.
